  • What type of group classes do you offer?
    We offer a functional training program that is built for maximum variety. What that means is we combine high-powered functional movements with a variety of strength, weightlifting, gymnastics, and conditioning. All of these movements can be modified to your current fitness level. No experience at other gyms in Bellingham, WA is necessary!
  • How much protein should I eat daily?
