We offer a functional training program that is built for maximum variety. What that means is we combine high-powered functional movements with a variety of strength, weightlifting, gymnastics, and conditioning. All of these movements can be modified to your current fitness level. No experience at other gyms in Bellingham, WA is necessary!

The amount of protein you should eat daily depends on your goals and activity levels. If your activity level is low, you could consume around 0.7 to 0.9 grams of protein per pound of body weight. If you are active, then you may need to sit around one gram of protein per pound of body weight. If you are wanting to build muscle, then you could consume around 1 to 1.3+ grams of protein per pound of body weight.

We do cardio, however, it might look a little different than what you think of in traditional gyms in Bellingham, WA, like running on a treadmill. We lift weights faster (with good mechanics), run, and jump in various ways. Trust us, your heart rate will be pumping. Most people train aerobic (distance running) or anaerobic (weight lifting), but we do BOTH!
